About us
Faresalento's project was born in 2005, as an idea of Pierantonio and Debora Rosi who bought an olive tree plantation in the Gallipoli territory. The agritourism opened july 2014.
The staff is also composed of Sebastiano, Cinzia and Dario, from Salento, who together with Debora and Pierantonio are in charge of managing tourism and agriculture.
Pierantonio Rosi
Doctor Pierantonio Rosi, a surgeon dentist, was born in Brescia (Italie) in 1954. In 1979 he graduated in medicine and in 1982 he specialised in anaesthesiology and intensive care. He practiced his medical profession at the Children’s Hospital Umberto I in Brescia until 1986. In the same city, in 1984 Pierantonio opened one of the first children’s dental offices in Italy. Debora Bornazzini Rosi
Debora Bornazzini Rosi was born in Turin in 1971, she has a degree in law. After 21 years spent in the publishing industry, at the beginning as bookseller and then as commercial agent, in 2009 she left her job to take charge of the marketing management of the medical office of her husband Pierantonio. In 2005, after a holiday spent in Salento, she bought with her husband Pierantonio a small olive tree plantation in the territory of Gallipoli. Sebastiano Cataldi
Sebastiano Cataldi was born in Switzerland in 1971 and when he is still a young boy, he came back in Salento with his family. Married with Irene and father of two children, he worked in various fields until 2011, the year in which he met Debora and Pierantonio. Sebastiano became involved in the FARESALENTO project and is the leading man on the field. Cinzia Parata
Cinzia was born in 1975 in Switzerland but at the age of two she returned to Salento with her mum and dad.Very young she starts working as a seamstress in a clothing company but the desire to live in close contact with the public leads her to become a bartender, a job she loves and which gives her a lot of satisfaction.In 2017 she comes into contact with Faresalento and in August she becomes part of the staff.
