Sebastiano Cataldi
Sebastiano Cataldi was born in Switzerland in 1971 and when he is still a young boy, he came back in Salento with his family. Married with Irene and father of two children, he worked in various fields until 2011, the year in which he met Debora and Pierantonio. Sebastiano became involved in the FARESALENTO project and is the leading man on the field. Sebastiano is in charge of the harvesting and pressing of the olives, property maintenance and tree pruning, activities which he carries out with passion and expertise.

Attentive to the evolution of agronomic techniques, he attended in 2012 at ATERPOL centre, an Intensive Course on olive tree pruning, cultivation techniques and extra-virgin olive oil tasting.
